Holistic Psychotherapy

Virtual sessions across Ontario · In-person corporate workshops · Athlete performance support.

If you’ve been holding it together but feeling exhausted underneath, you’re not alone.

At Jaclyn Doyle Holistic Psychotherapy, I support people who look capable on the outside but feel anxious, burnt out, or unsure on the inside. Through a blend of narrative therapy, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based approaches, I help you explore the stories shaping your life, regulate stress in the body, and develop practical tools for managing anxiety and self-doubt. This work supports greater clarity and confidence in how you move through daily life.

Hi! Nice to meet you.

Registered Psychotherapist, Ontario

About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist who supports individuals, teams, and athletes in building resilience, confidence, and a healthier relationship with themselves—especially during times of uncertainty, transition, and pressure.

My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins when we understand the stories we carry about ourselves and learn how to reshape them. Through a blend of narrative therapy, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based behavioural approaches, I help clients unpack patterns that keep them stuck and move toward a more empowered, grounded version of themselves.

I take a wide-ranging, integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that our present challenges are often shaped by early experiences, ingrained beliefs, and how our nervous system responds to stress. Together, we work to build awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and create new internal narratives that support growth, confidence, and resilience.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 12 years in the corporate world, where I witnessed firsthand the impact of stress, pressure, and unspoken mental health challenges in high-performance environments. That experience, combined with my passion for breaking stigma around mental health, continues to inform my work today.

I am also a runner of over 20 years, and I deeply understand the mental and emotional demands of performance, goal-setting, and sustained discipline. This perspective allows me to work authentically with athletes and high performers who want to thrive—not just push through.
